Nature Photography Workshop: Peneda-Gerês National Park - Daniel Santos Photography

Peneda-Gerês National Park is a region of tremendous beauty, with breathtaking landscapes, where habitats are still well preserved and biodiversity thrives.

This activity starts at Cerdeira Park, but if you are a beginner the basics of photography will be explained first, which will help you to operate your camera in manual mode during the rest of the workshop.

Afterwards, we will walk along the "Geira Romana" trail, through beautiful oak and strawberry tree forests, with the objective of photographing everything of interest and consolidating the knowledge learned before. We will try to photograph several species of animals that live in these beautiful and rich ecosystems, as the Eurasian jay, the Iberian emerald lizard, the Iberian frog, butterflies and many other species. This is also the ideal place to photograph flowers. At the end of the workshop we are going to photograph landscapes, more specifically the lagoon of Vilarinho das Furnas. Throughout the activity, depending on your photography skill level, I will teach you useful techniques of nature photography and I will always be available to answer your questions.

This activity is ideal not only for beginners, who seek to improve their work, but also for experienced photographers looking for someone to guide them through the beautiful Portuguese nature.
